Heavy-duty steel construction with a vinyl wrap around protective bumper. The non skid vinyl surface on the platform keeps loads in place. Four large, 4" x 1", rubber casters (two swivel). Folding handle for compact storage. Choice of two sizes. Tropic Sand baked enamel finish with Dark Brown vinyl trim.
